If you are already baptized in another church or ecclesial community, or if you are baptized Catholic but desire to complete your sacramental life, this is the place for you!
On our Becoming Catholic page you can read more about the process of initiation into the Catholic Church known as RCIA, a process for those who have not yet been baptized.
If you are already baptized, you are invited to join our sessions to learn more about the Catholic Church, but we hold baptism in high regard, so we recognize the distinction between those who have been baptized and those who have not.
If you were validly baptized outside the Catholic Church you are still welcome to become Catholic!
If you were baptized Catholic but are in need of completing your sacraments, it is not too late to do so!
For anyone becoming Catholic or desiring to continue their sacramental journey, it is important to receive some instruction in the faith. Sometimes Catholics have been away from the Church for awhile and it is helpful for them to be re-introduced to the sacraments and a life of faith. For someone who was validly baptized outside the Catholic Church, instruction is also appropriate.
Often this instruction takes place in a setting with those who are not baptized because the instruction is similar and it helps build community, but we do recognize and acknowledge a distinction between being baptized and being unbaptized.
If you are baptized and would like more information about becominig Catholic or continuing your sacramental life, please call the parish office at (810) 235-8574.
